Job Description

Senior Oracle NMS End User Trainer responsible for supporting system deployments through end-user training, workflow development, training content validation, and user adoption activities. Job Requirements Senior-level experience delivering end-user training. Experience with Oracle Network Management System (NMS) solutions. Experience developing training workflows. Experience creating end-user training materials and documentation. Experience delivering live instructor-led training. Experience supporting enterprise software deployments. Ability to obtain
NERC CIP
certification as required. Ability to travel as needed. Availability for a part-time assignment of approximately 20-30 hours per week. Availability to support the project through March 2027. Preferred Skills Experience with utility or energy industry systems. Experience supporting Oracle NMS implementations or upgrades. Experience with train-the-trainer programs. Experience supporting change management initiatives. Experience supporting business transformation programs. Experience developing user support resources. Experience supporting super-user networks. Job Responsibilities Review and validate end-user training materials and system documentation. Develop training workflows and user support resources. Participate in train-the-trainer sessions. Deliver live Oracle NMS end-user training sessions. Provide system training and functional support to super users and end users. Support end-user readiness activities for Oracle NMS deployments. Update training content based on system changes and deployment requirements. Support change management and business transformation activities related to system adoption. Maintain training documentation and workflow materials. Complete required
NERC CIP
certification and comply with applicable requirements. Travel to support training and deployment activities as required.
