Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description Responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive training development program and training products for the Kaleida Health. This position also supports an organizational development and human resources plan which will facilitate culture change and system integration in support of the Vision, Mission and Values. Assesses the system's staff training needs for Eclipsys and EMR; develops and delivers products, programs and interventions to respond to needs that are linked with Kaleida's business strategies in order to create high performing staff. Education And Credentials Associate of Arts or Science in Training & Developmemt, Organizational Development, Adult Education or a related field required. Bachelor of Arts or Science in Training & Developmemt, Organizational Development, Adult Education or a related field required. Associates or Bachelors requirement is dependent upon incumbents responsibilities. Masters Training & Developmemt, Organizational Development, Adult Education or a related field preferred. 5 years of experience in design, development and delivery of training programs required. 5 years of experience in curriculum development and delivery required with emphasis in classroom and web-based training using instructional design methods required. 1 year of experience in instructional design principles, instructional technologies, and adult learning principles is required.1 year of experience in with desktop publishing and course authoring tools in Adobe Indesign, Captivate, Articulate and Microsoft Office required. 1 year of experience in Eclipsys may be required depending upon incumbents responsibilites. Varying types of training provided by the department will require different technologies and experience levels of the incumbents.
