We're looking for a Senior Learning Designer who can design high-impact learning solutions that solve real business challenges. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, own meaningful and complex projects, and create engaging learning experiences that make a measurable difference. Why this role is unique You'll work on high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact the employee experience You'll partner with leaders to solve real business challenges - not just create content You'll have the opportunity to design modern, creative learning experiences across a variety of formats You'll be part of a team that values the voice of the learner and focuses on practical, effective solutions What you'll experience A collaborative team of learning professionals who support and challenge each other Meaningful work that connects learning to business outcomes The opportunity to influence how learning evolves at Wegmans Design & Strategy Design end-to-end learning solutions that address business needs and close performance gaps Consult business partners to analyze opportunities and recommend the right learning approach for the environment, audience, and goals Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance the learner's experience Influence how teams approach their work by consulting to understand the deeper opportunity Project & Stakeholder Leadership Own relationships with business partners and guide solutions Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple complex, large-scale projects Delegate work and collaborate with learning team members, subject matter experts, and business partners to ensure quality, consistency and on-time delivery Execution & Impact Develop engaging learning using a variety of tools, technologies, and delivery methods Ensure all solutions maintain a consistent voice, look, and feel aligned to brand standards Plan effective implementation and communication strategies Measure success using key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve solutions Qualifications 5+ years' experience in instructional design Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience designing complex, instructionally sound learning solutions using various delivery methods, including instructor led training Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects at one time Experience and skill with Articulate Suite Preferred Qualifications Certified Instructional Technologist At Wegmans, we've always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
