Position Overview:

This role helps develop custom learning solutions that are targeted towards over 200,000 learners across the Wendy s system. We are looking for learning and development professionals who can help us bring our training programs to life through the creation of eLearning, instructor-led content, and other real-time performance support aids. Responsibilities 1. Develop eLearning courses, including audio, video, simulation, etc

visual training aids, user guides, software/hardware manuals, microlearning videos
