Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Middle School Math Specialist to join our educational team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing math instruction and learning experiences for middle school students. Your expertise will support curriculum development, instructional design, and teacher professional growth, ensuring that students develop strong mathematical skills and confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative teaching strategies, integrate learning technology, and foster a positive learning environment that inspires student success. Responsibilities Design and develop engaging, standards-aligned math curriculum content tailored for middle school learners using instructional design principles. Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers on effective math instruction. Coach teachers through classroom implementation of new instructional strategies, providing ongoing feedback and support to improve teaching practices. Collaborate with educators to create interactive instructional materials that incorporate learning technology, ensuring accessibility and engagement for diverse learners. Lead efforts in curriculum evaluation and refinement based on data analysis, student performance metrics, and emerging educational research. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in content development and course design. Qualifications Proven experience in teaching middle school mathematics with a strong understanding of curriculum standards and instructional best practices. Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development sessions and provide teacher coaching in classroom settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Knowledge of education principles, course design, and training and development strategies within educational environments. Classroom experience in middle school education is preferred.
