Job DescriptionThe Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.

The Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety Operations, Process, and Systems function supports and drives core business operations and capabilities across the Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety division. The team is keenly focused on innovative business approaches and leveraging state-of-the-art information management tools to enable effective and efficient execution of our processes.



Within this organization, the Regulatory Innovation and Information Management department delivers a broad range of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Data Science solutions to ensure we successfully obtain and maintain our products on the global market.



The Digital Engagement team acts as the vital bridge between our technology delivery partners and our scientists. We ensure that when new digital capabilities are developed, they are successfully adopted and utilized by our colleagues. The team is currently looking to solidify communication strategies, build broad user awareness, and lead enterprise education efforts around new digital product releases, internal software deployments, and system upgrades.



The Opportunity and Project WorkAs a RIIM Digital Engagement Intern, you will participate in a highly collaborative and creative environment. You will have a unique, hands-on opportunity to help shape how a global pharmaceutical enterprise adopts modern technology.



Specifically, you will work closely with cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation solutions that are actively transforming our regulatory operations.



During your 12-week tenure, your primary project work will include:
Digital Product Launch Campaigns:

Designing and executing comprehensive user awareness campaigns for upcoming digital product releases. You will help build anticipation and understanding across our global workforce before new applications go live.

User Education and Training Creation:

Creating highly engaging, step-by-step training guides, interactive modules, and educational materials to teach employees how to effectively use new enterprise tools.

Multimedia Content Development:

Drafting clear text-based communications (such as newsletters, internal blog posts, and informational pages) as well as visual assets (including graphics, presentation slides, and short instructional video walkthroughs).

Feedback and Analytics Support:

Assisting the team in gathering user feedback, measuring the reach and impact of our communications campaigns, and identifying areas where additional user training is required.

Requirements and QualificationsEducation Requirement:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred fields of study include Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Required Experience and Skills:
Strong Writing Skills:

The ability to translate complex, technical system terms into clear, engaging, and simple language for a non-technical audience.

Clear Communication:

Excellent spoken and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.

Comfortable Presenting:

Confidence in preparing and delivering virtual or in-person presentations and training sessions to various groups of stakeholders.

Organizational Excellence:

Ability to manage multiple communication deadlines, maintain a high attention to detail, and work independently under guidance.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Visual and Text Communications:

Previous experience or coursework in graphic design, layout creation, video editing, or professional content writing.

Awareness Campaigns:

Understanding of how to design and coordinate communication or marketing campaigns (such as for university clubs, volunteer organizations, or prior internships) to drive user interest or behavior change.

User Training and Application Education:

Experience creating educational training materials, tutorial videos, or documentation that teaches people how to navigate and use software applications.



Familiarity with

Collaboration Platforms:

General comfort utilizing digital productivity environments (for example, Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint intranet sites).
