You'll play a vital role supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them grow, succeed, and feel supported in the classroom. This position starts in the 26-27 school year. What You'll Do The Grades 6-8 Middle School Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) Teacher Coach serves as a district instructional leader responsible for supporting teachers, instructional teams, and administrators in the implementation of a comprehensive Integrated Multi-Tiered System of Supports (I-MTSS) framework. This position focuses on improving student outcomes through high-quality instruction, data-informed decision-making, differentiated supports, and collaborative problem-solving that addresses students' academic, behavioral, attendance, and social-emotional needs.

The I-MTSS Teacher Coach works collaboratively with classroom teachers, principals, interventionists, counselors, school psychologists, special education staff, and district leadership to build teacher capacity and ensure the effective implementation of evidence-based instructional and intervention practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

PA PDE Instructional Certificate Reading Specialist Certification, preferred

Minimum five (5) years successful classroom teaching experience

Instructional Coach experience, preferred

Experience implementing MTSS, RTI, or PBIS, preferred

Master's Degree in Education or related field, preferred

Experience with Universal Design for Learning (UDL), preferred

Knowledge of Special Education and Section 504, preferred

Experience using instructional technology and AI tools, preferred
