The Clinical Education Specialist will lead the development and execution of the clinical education strategy across CooperSurgical's Surgical (GYN/ L&D) and Specialty businesses. This individual will serve as a strategic driver of professional education, responsible for cultivating Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, establishing partnerships with leading medical societies within the GYN and Specialty (Plastics, Head & Neck, and ENT) spaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful educational initiatives. This role blends strategy, content development, and analytics. The Clinical Education Specialist will design fellowship and residency training content-including eLearning modules and field-ready training playbooks-that equips field teams to execute high-quality, in-person hands-on training. In addition, this individual will apply a data-driven approach to continuously evaluate program effectiveness and measure procedural adoption, ensuring education investments translate into meaningful clinical and commercial outcomes.
