In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of educational initiatives that enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and clinical expertise related to veins and vascular procedures. Duties Develop detailed curriculum content tailored to veins and vascular technologies using instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Lead the creation of engaging e-learning modules utilizing learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate and LMS platforms such as SharePoint or Workday. Design and facilitate dynamic classroom training sessions, workshops, and webinars that enhance technical proficiency and clinical understanding. Collaborate with HR and talent management teams to integrate training initiatives into employee orientation, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management processes. Manage program lifecycle from planning through evaluation by collecting data, analyzing training effectiveness, and implementing improvements based on research insights. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align training content with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices in vascular medicine. Serve as a public speaker at industry conferences or internal events to promote best practices in vein treatments and vascular procedures while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Skills Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design (including ADDIE), and adult education methodologies. Proficiency with learning technology platforms such as Adobe Captivate, LMS (Learning Management System), SharePoint, HRIS systems like Workday or Human Capital Management tools. Strong background in program management, including designing training programs aligned with organizational objectives like talent management and succession planning. Excellent communication skills for effective teaching, public speaking, mentoring, and employee relations. Experience in content development for technical topics related to veins and vascular health; ability to translate complex medical concepts into accessible learning modules. Knowledge of change management principles to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies or procedures within clinical teams. Demonstrated ability in data collection, research analysis, performance evaluation, and HR sourcing strategies related to training needs assessment.
