This role is focused on the technical integrity of digital learning content during platform migrations. You will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and refining files as they are transitioned between online learning environments to ensure a seamless experience for end-users.
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous testing on digital files converted from one online learning platform to another.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve functional or formatting errors resulting from the conversion process.
Content Alignment:
