Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) or more years of experience designing and delivering technology, software, or professional skills training. Experience developing instructional materials and learning content for adult learners. Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training programs. Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS). Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a law firm, professional services organization, or other client-service-focused environment. Experience supporting technology implementations, software rollouts, and change management initiatives. Experience with eLearning development tools and digital learning platforms. Familiarity with document management systems, collaboration platforms, and legal technology applications. Professional certifications in training, instructional design, learning and development, or change management. Final rate of pay will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, with a targeted hiring range of $80,000- $110,000 for CT, $95,000

- $150,000 for SF (with the upper end of the range reserved for highly qualified applicants).
