Description:

Overview Our client is transforming the associate experience to enable more empowered, streamlined ways of working—powered by ServiceNow and Workday. We are seeking Instructional Designer resources to develop clear, engaging training materials that support diverse audiences in successfully adopting new ways of working, with a specific focus on Workday. This role partners closely with functional leads to translate business processes and system functionality into simple, learner centered content. Deliverables may include self paced eLearning, job aids, videos, guides, and facilitator materials tailored to associates, people leaders, and HR. This role is critical to enabling a smooth launch and a strong associate learning experience. For the purposes of this initiative, this role reports into the Change Management workstream within HR Operations.

Key responsibilities:

Design and build training materials for multiple audiences and learning needs Translate system functionality and processes into easy to understand, plain language content Assist with creating and coordinating a global training delivery schedule Assist with creating / delivering Train-the Trainer program Apply adult learning principles to drive adoption and confidence Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of instructional design experience Content creation, storyboarding, and asset development Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred) and business process training Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, usability, and accessibility Experience with common learning tools (e.g., authoring tools, LMS, video or digital learning platforms) Translation experience Technical Skills eLearning authoring tools (preferred tool: Articulate rise 360) & Workday experience is mandatory Learning Management Systems (LMS) Video and screen capture tools (e.g., Powtoon, Camtasia) Documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) Experience working within Workday training tenants or sandbox environments (preferred) Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
