Long term ongoing with no end date Compensation $35/hr w2 •This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location. An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills. Required Skill Sets 1. Expertise in e-learning tools 2. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies 3. Strong visual design and content development skills 4.
