Job Description:

An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills. Required Skill Sets 1. Expertise in e-learning tools 2. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies 3. Strong visual design and content development skills 4.
