Job Description

Hybrid position- 3 days a week in Warren, MI Seeking an Instructional designer who has worked in the manufacturing space, developing curriculums and created eLearning material for live trainings. A portfolio is required- demonstrated work samples showcasing eLearning
ILT, VILT
materials, action based learning and perform ance support tools.
Required:
4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development and eLearning. Proficiency using tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations or quality- or any similar technical environment. Design and development of web based and instructor led training. Able to manage projects Strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Learning strategy & Consulting 2. Design & Development 3. Collaboration & managing projects partnering with SME's, content writers, LPM's, project sponsors and manufacturing stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment across functions. You will work primarily independently within your functional area while collaborating with a small team of 3-4.
Pay:
$69,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
