In this role, a typical day will include: Designing and developing instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements Collaborating directly with customers and stakeholders to identify training needs Developing courseware using the latest in eLearning design and technology Managing courseware offerings in our LMS including updates to content and training delivery schedules Well-qualified candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; AND 2 or more years of related experience Demonstrated experience designing instructional methods and creating training materials utilizing eLearning applications (Camtasia, Articulate Suite) Demonstrated experience managing an
