Role Summary This contractor focuses on translating change impacts into effective training and enablement materials that help employees successfully adopt new processes, tools, or ways of working. Key Responsibilities Partner with change managers to understand change impacts and learning needs Design and develop training assets such as: Instructor led materials Self paced learning content Job aids, quick reference guides, and process walkthroughs Support training plans and learning timelines aligned to change milestones Ensure training content aligns with change messaging and target behaviors Participate in testing and refinement of training materials based on feedback Support coordination with learning platforms or delivery partners as needed Required Experience & Skills 2-4 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning support roles Working knowledge of adult learning principles Experience creating structured training content and job aids Basic understanding of change management concepts and how training supports adoption Strong organizational and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with e learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or LMS platforms Exposure to technology, process, or operating model changes Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.Similar remote jobs
