Job Description

Position Summary Design, develop, localize, and maintain learning solutions supporting Compliance Office initiatives, including annual compliance training programs, microlearning campaigns, policy awareness efforts, and enterprise learning communications. Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences that support employee understanding of company policies, ethical decision-making, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop learning solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support resources. Own the annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs. Develop and expand a microlearning series and other learning campaigns that reinforce compliance concepts through realistic workplace scenarios. Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, define objectives, and translate complex policies, procedures, and business requirements into engaging learning experiences. Create and manage learning deliverables, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, multimedia assets, review materials, and final training products. Produce and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia content to support learning and awareness initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including intake, scheduling, stakeholder reviews, approvals, revisions, and deployment activities. Design learning solutions with localization in mind and coordinate with translation vendors and internal stakeholders to support multilingual delivery, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance of translated content. Partner with LMS and technical teams to support content publishing, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and learner experience across platforms. Maintain organized project documentation, source files, templates, translated assets, and content libraries to support efficient updates, annual refreshes, and continuity across learning programs.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training. Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia learning assets. Experience supporting translation and localization of learning content. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy-related training initiatives. Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Software Experience:
Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360 Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM publishing standards
