Job Summary:
We are recruiting for an opportunity that offers the chance to shape engaging learning solutions that support compliance, policy awareness, and enterprise learning communications. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help design, develop, localize, and maintain learning content that improves understanding and drives meaningful employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop learning solutions across multiple formats, including eLearning, microlearning, video, communications, and performance support materials. Support annual review, refresh, development, and deployment of enterprise compliance training programs. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define learning needs, develop objectives, and translate complex policies and procedures into clear learning experiences. Create learning deliverables, manage reviews and revisions, support localization activities, and help maintain organized project and content files.
Required:
Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training. Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, and multimedia learning assets. Experience supporting translation and localization of learning content. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy-related training initiatives. Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
