This is a time-sensitive opportunity — we're looking to fill this role quickly, so early applicants will be prioritized. About Learn & Grow Learn & Grow Tutoring Company provides K-12 tutoring, enrichment, executive functioning coaching, and BCBA behavioral support. We're growing our reach and need someone reliable to help build new school and family connections. What You'll Do Research and identify schools and families who could benefit from Learn & Grow's tutoring services Conduct outreach via email, phone, and other channels to introduce our programs Track outreach activity using our shared tracker Provide regular updates on progress and results Compensation $100 after your first week of active outreach $50 every two weeks thereafter, for continued outreach activity $100 for every confirmed meeting secured $200 for every school partnership secured $100 for every 10 students enrolled $500-$700 for larger organization partnerships (e.g., churches, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club) Payment via Zelle or Gusto What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and reliable — regular check-ins expected Comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up Experience in education, sales, or outreach preferred but not required Able to start immediately

Pay:

$27.81 - $33.49 per hour
