Our client, a leading organization in the judicial and legal support sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Technology Training Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Technology Training Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Training and Development Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for empowering others through technology training, which will align successfully in the organization.

$70/hr What's the Job? Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training sessions for various software applications, including proprietary and commercial tools. Create comprehensive technical documentation, training videos, and instructional modules to support user learning and engagement. Coordinate with the Contract Manager to communicate project plans, progress, and updates effectively. Manage multiple training projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Support on-site and remote training activities, adapting to changing project needs and schedules. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. At least five (5) years' experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software such as Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, SharePoint, etc. Minimum of three (3) years' experience developing technical documentation. Proficiency in developing and delivering instructor-led training, including creating videos and interactive modules. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. What's in it for me?
