Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Technical Assistance Supervisor to lead the development, delivery, and management of comprehensive training programs within our organization. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of engaging training programs utilizing instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning outcomes. Oversee the creation of e-learning content using platforms like Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring high-quality instructional content for diverse audiences. Manage the delivery of training sessions through classroom instruction, virtual platforms, and blended learning approaches while maintaining focus on adult learning theories. Supervise a team of trainers and instructional designers, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with human resources to develop employee orientation programs, succession planning initiatives, and talent management strategies that align with organizational objectives. Coordinate project management efforts for enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget and scope. Collect data through research and evaluation tools to assess training effectiveness; utilize findings to continuously improve program content and delivery methods. Qualifications Proven experience in developing employee training programs within a human resources or organizational development context. Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and adult education principles. Proficiency with learning technology tools including LMS platforms, Adobe Captivate, e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging instructional content for online courses, classroom settings, and hybrid formats. Excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking, presentation delivery, and technical writing. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Background in performance management, talent management strategies, succession planning, and human capital management practices. Ability to foster teamwork through mentoring, coaching, and effective employee relations practices.
