Responsibilities Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, professional development workshops, and leadership training using a variety of delivery methods—classroom instruction, and virtual classrooms. Participate in adapting emerging learning technologies and industry best practices to keep training offerings innovative and relevant. Skills Expertise in instructional design principles and adult education methodologies to create engaging learning experiences. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, program management, change management, and organization design to support strategic initiatives. Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other learning technology tools for content creation and data analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate public speaking engagements confidently.
