Role Summary The Learning Content Designer (Graphic-Focused) is a hybrid role combining graphic design expertise, instructional content development, and project management discipline. This individual is responsible for transforming complex corporate topics-particularly in quality, sustainability, and operational excellence-into visually compelling, easy-to-understand materials that can be scaled across the organization. Visual Design & Content Creation The role requires a strong designer who can produce professional, polished outputs across multiple formats. This includes infographics, presentations, and training materials that adhere strictly to corporate brand standards while still introducing creativity and engagement. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field Adobe Certified Professional (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) preferred Microsoft Power BI Experience is a plus Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement certification is a plus Exposure to human-centered design principles preferred Experience working with Stakeholders Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
