We are dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health and developmental support services. Our center is committed to fostering a compassionate environment that promotes healing and growth for individuals of all ages. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) to join our team. This position is part-time and offers competitive salary, flexibility, and a dedicated assessment-focused workload without a required therapy caseload. Providers will maintain full clinical autonomy over their evaluation process will benefiting from consistent referral volume, dedicated testing space and administrative intake support. Duties Administer, score and interpret psycho-educational and psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults. Conduct comprehensive cognitive, academic, autism and diagnostic evaluations in a professional manner. Prepare thorough, clearly written evalutaion reports including diagnositic impressions and actionable recommendations, completed within agreed timeframes. Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in C&B's electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with licensed clinical psychologists, clinicians and external providers as clinically indicated. Adhere to professional standards, SC licensure requirements, and C&B's documentation protocols. Required Qualifications Current Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist (LPES) license in South Carolina Graduate degree in Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other special needs populations. Proficiency with standard assessment instruments including WISC-V, WAIS, WIAT, Woodcock-Johnson, Vineland, ADOS-2, BASC, and Conners Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting psycho-educational and psychological assessments Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, actionable evaluation reports Ability to work independently and manage assessment workflow with a group practice setting Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
