Collaborate regularly with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum development, and student support initiatives. Support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention services, including working with specialists such as speech therapists or behavioral specialists. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, literacy education, behavior management, and inclusive teaching practices. Qualifications Proven experience teaching young children in an elementary school setting with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and differentiated instruction techniques. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism or requiring special education services. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and parent engagement. Knowledge of educational technology integration and learning management systems. Ability to analyze student performance data to tailor instruction effectively. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in elementary education. Prior experience in private or Montessori school environments is a plus. Certifications or training related to early childhood education or special education are highly desirable.
