Key Qualifications:

Valid general teaching endorsement Plus ONE of the following: Reading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP) Experience working with children experiencing dyslexia or reading difficulties Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Ability to travel between an elementary and a high school campus Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and interventions to students identified with dyslexia and other reading difficulties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized literacy plans Offer training and resources to campus staff on dyslexia awareness and instructional strategies Gather data and report on student progress Actively participate in meetings and consultations regarding student needs Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district guidelines
