Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HRM (Human Resource Management) Faculty member to join our academic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction in human resource management, business, and related disciplines. You will foster an innovative learning environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and practical application of HR concepts. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for teaching, extensive knowledge of HR principles, and experience with educational technology to inspire the next generation of business leaders. Duties Develop and deliver high-quality courses on human resource management, business management, and related topics using online and classroom formats Design curriculum that aligns with current industry standards and academic best practices, incorporating innovative instructional strategies and e-learning platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System) and Blackboard Integrate educational technology tools to enhance online instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences Conduct research in HR, business analysis, or related fields to contribute to academic publications and support curriculum development Collaborate with colleagues on faculty projects, curriculum updates, and academic initiatives to promote continuous improvement Mentor students from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing guidance on academic progress and career development in HR and business fields Utilize data analytics and financial concepts to enrich course content, ensuring students gain practical skills applicable in real-world scenarios Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; higher education teaching experience preferred Proven experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or similar online training platforms Strong background in curriculum design, course development, and online instruction delivery Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), financial concepts, and analytics tools to support business management courses Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, writing, and digital media production (video editing, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds in university or college settings Familiarity with educational technology integration for higher education pedagogy instruction Ability to manage multiple projects effectively using project management skills; experience with social media management is a plus Demonstrated expertise in research methods within HR or business disciplines; publication record is advantageous Join us to shape future professionals by delivering engaging lessons that blend theory with practical application.
