Desired Qualifications & Credentials:
Valid Dyslexia Specialist certification or CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist) credentials Experience delivering on-site dyslexia intervention in a school setting Solid understanding of evidence-based approaches to reading instruction and dyslexia support for elementary students Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group reading interventions for elementary-aged students diagnosed with or at risk for dyslexia Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational staff to develop strategies supporting diverse learners Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to relevant stakeholders Participate actively in school team meetings and professional development focused on literacy and learning differences Stay current on best practices in dyslexia support and reading instruction You'll enjoy an engaging school setting and a supportive team environment while working on a contract running from November 17, 2026, through December 18, 2026. The schedule includes 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
