Job Description

Make a difference supporting students as a Dyslexia specialist in a dynamic, school-based contract role. Work onsite at two campusesone elementary and one high schoolhelping learners build reading skills and overcome challenges related to dyslexia. You'll collaborate with educators and families and deliver targeted reading interventions through engaging, research-based strategies.
Qualifications:
Valid General Teaching Endorsement Additional certification required: one of the followingReading Endorsement, Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), or Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner (LDP) Expertise in reading interventions and structured literacy practices for students with dyslexia Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering student growth in literacy
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group dyslexia therapy/interventions at both an elementary and a high school campus Develop, implement, and monitor personalized reading plans, adjusting instruction to best support student needs Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain detailed records Partner with general and special education staff, along with parents, to support each students progress Create positive and inclusive learning environments focused on literacy achievement
Role Details:
