• outreach initiatives, and fostering partnerships within the community. Responsibilities Develop and implement outreach programs that align with organizational goals. Implement programs in schools and within the community Conduct public speaking engagements to promote programs and initiatives within the community. Time management of tasks, ensuring timely execution of outreach activities and programs. Utilize marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and community engagement. Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts to assess impact and effectiveness. Manage social media platforms to promote events, share success stories, and engage with the community. Work closely with public and private schools, youth agencies, and faith-based entities to align programs with community health and education needs. Engage in fundraising activities to support outreach initiatives and program development. Provide administrative support related to outreach activities, including reporting and documentation. Recruit participants for programs and events, fostering a welcoming environment for all attendees. Teach workshops or training sessions as needed to enhance community knowledge on relevant topics. Requirements Proven experience in implementing youth, family, and community programs and services. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Background in program development, project management, or similar fields. Experience in marketing strategies that effectively promote outreach initiatives. Familiarity with data collection methods for program evaluation purposes. Proficient in social media management for community engagement purposes. Knowledge of youth development, SEL, financial literacy, life skills and service-learning curricula, etc., Degree in social work or related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for community service, youth development, education, and outreach efforts. Class C Driver's License/ Reliable mode of transportation for commuting across the DFW metroplex
