Job Summary:
The Training Library & Documentation Coordinator supports the Workforce Services Training and Development organization through the development, maintenance, standardization, and governance of enterprise training documentation and resources. An integral member of the team, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining standardized training content libraries, forms, templates, and supporting documentation to ensure consistency, accessibility, compliance, and continuous improvement across Workforce Services programs and project-based training initiatives. _"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership"_ \#LI-TH1 #Major Responsibilities:
+ Establish, organize, and maintain standardized enterprise training content libraries that are accessible to project Workforce Services teams. + Develop and maintain standard training templates, forms, checklists, assessments, and supporting documentation. + Ensure version control and document integrity for training materials. + Coordinate implementation of documentation updates and revisions. + Partner with Training Operations and Training Services leadership to identify documentation needs. + Support audits and assessments of project training programs. + Coordinate with Workforce Services Systems and Data teams to ensure alignment of documentation and systems. + Assist in development and maintenance of training governance procedures. + Support continuous improvement initiatives associated with training consistency and compliance. #Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. #Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Experience supporting training, workforce development, quality assurance, document management, records management, or administrative program functions. + Experience maintaining controlled documentation, procedures, templates, and standard work processes. + Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Co-pilot, SharePoint, and document repositories. + Knowledge of document control principles, version management, records retention, and governance practices. + Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and training requirements and translate them into standard documentation. + Strong written communication and editing skills. + Ability to organize, catalog, maintain, and retrieve large volumes of information. + Ability to identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. + Ability to establish productive relationships across functions and project teams. + Working knowledge of training administration processes and learning management systems preferred. #
