Duties Deliver engaging robotics lessons and workshops tailored to various age groups and skill levels Develop and adapt instructional materials that align with curriculum goals and student needs Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment Provide one-on-one tutoring or small group support to reinforce concepts and troubleshoot technical issues Utilize online instruction platforms to facilitate remote learning sessions when necessary Assess student progress through observations, projects, and assessments; provide constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum content and incorporate new educational technologies Requirements Proven experience in classroom management and delivering engaging instruction in STEM or related fields Strong skills in instructional materials development, including creating hands-on activities and lesson plans Prior experience tutoring or coaching students in robotics, coding, or technology-based subjects Familiarity with online instruction tools and virtual classroom management Experience working with children or youth programs; excellent communication skills for diverse audiences Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult education teaching experience is a plus Ability to foster a supportive environment for learners of all ages; patience and adaptability are essential Background in teaching foreign languages or childcare is advantageous but not required Join us at LearnToBot where your enthusiasm for robotics meets your dedication to education.
