Job Description

To assist the Associate Dean, Workforce Education, Academic Outreach and Lifelong learning and the Dean, Workforce Education, Academic Outreach and Lifelong learning including supporting service area campus in all student services support functions within the supporting area.

High School diploma or GED required AND four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 Credits) and one year wage earning clerical experience. A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes. Must have the capability of exercising independent judgment, discretion, and perform well under general supervision. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including email Ability to pull reports and analyze data with high degree of accuracy Must have clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Provide general administrative support to the departments to include: answering telephone calls, filing and maintain office materials and records, personnel status forms, prepare materials and supplies for distribution to the sites.
  • Copying, faxing, processing mail, ordering equipment and supplies, assisting with the preparation and update of reports, surveys and publications.
  • Inventory office equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare travel documents and requisitions as needed.
  • Assist with semester schedule development and build courses.
  • Assist with registration/enrollment for students within the support area of responsibility
  • Run and interpret enrollment reports and enter data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
