You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts. What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance . What will I be doing? Using your expertise in Instructional Technology/Design, you will use Instructional System Design (ISD) principles to plan the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for multimedia and traditional training systems developed for technical and readiness training programs , supporting USAF readiness and future operations training . In addition, you will: Provide evaluation of curriculum documents and instructional delivery procedures Be capable of serving as a leader in a multiple ID development team in support of the Program Lead Instructional Designer Provide coaching and mentoring to other team personnel to ensure timely design and development of instructional courseware and materials Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You must meet the minimum requirements: Active Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology/Design or closely related field 4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer OR a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology/Design or closely related field in lieu of experience 3 years experience in USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience Be familiar with USAF Learning Management System (LMS) and Air Education and Training Command's courseware development processes with emphasis on USAF readiness training and security cooperation Working knowledge of USAF MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer processes and staffing Where is the client site that I would be working for?
