Key Qualifications:

Dyslexia certification or CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist) required Experience as a Dyslexia Specialist, especially in an elementary setting, strongly desired Familiarity with specialized reading interventions and progress monitoring Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based reading intervention and dyslexia support directly to elementary students Assess, monitor, and document student progress effectively Collaborate with classroom teachers to create literacy-rich environments Develop and implement individualized support plans based on student need Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
