Full Time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-3:45pm / Friday 8:00am-3:00pmSALARY:

Manage student registration, enrollment, withdrawals, transfers, and permanent academic records. Maintain accurate student information, including schedules, grades, transcripts, demographics, immunizations, and other required records. Manage and maintain student data within the school's Student Information System and related state systems. Coordinate schoolwide and state assessments and ensure compliance with Utah assessment policies, procedures, timelines, and security requirements. Prepare, review, and submit required student data and reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed. Work closely with counselors and administrators to support scheduling, graduation requirements, student records, and a positive student experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, staff, and outside agencies regarding registration, records, testing, and other assigned responsibilities. Assist with the smooth operation of Student Services and provide support to students and families as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA, school policies, and applicable state and federal requirements. Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, organization, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Serve as an excellent example for students and contribute positively to Merit's school culture. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and data systems accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and student information systems. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, faculty, counselors, and administrators. Experience in school registration, assessment, student data, or a related educational setting preferred.
