Experience in ISD methodologies and are proficient in the use of industry standard instructional technology platforms and web-based authoring tools. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from Journeymen to Expert based off of experience, assessments and customer feedback. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor's degree required Demonstrated experience delivering classroom-based, blended, or virtual instructor-led training in an IC environment Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor or Partner agency data in a Mission operations environment and/or demonstrated experience developing or configuring tools or platforms for Mission use Instructor certification highly desired Demonstrated experience drafting presentations, interactive exercises, and evaluation reports on training effectiveness Experience in the Sponsor agency curriculum review process highly desired Proficiency with online and web-based training authoring tools highly desired
