Job Description

Job Summary The Education & Training Administrative Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of FBINAA education, training, and professional development programs. This role provides event logistics, registration, budget-tracking, database management, communications, and administrative support for in-person and virtual programs. The position works closely with staff, instructors, members, vendors, and partners to ensure successful program execution. Duties Coordinate logistics for education and training programs, conferences, webinars, and related events. Manage registration, scheduling, attendee communications, and program records. Support presenters, instructors, and vendors before and during events. Maintain training databases, reports, and document-management systems. Assist with budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and grant-related reporting. Coordinate materials, supplies, shipments, certificates, surveys, and event communications. Support the National Annual Training Conference, Call for Presentations process, and Train-the-Trainer programs. Assist with website, newsletter, and Speaker's Bureau updates. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for Training Committee meetings. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support Association programs and events. Travel as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Five or more years of administrative experience in a relevant role. Experience in the training and education industry is a plus. Strong organizational, project-management, and customer-service skills are a must. Experience with databases, registration systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with law enforcement, public safety, nonprofit, or membership associations is a plus. Pay:
$49,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
