- Define the design strategy and build interactive e-learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, establishing reusable templates, design patterns, and quality standards that scale across the team
- Author, update, and maintain a global library of learning articles, videos, and structured learning paths serving delivery partners across 9+ countries, making strategic decisions about content architecture and lifecycle management
- Lead video content strategy from concept through production
- scripting, storyboarding, managing vendors, driving creative direction, and ensuring brand consistency across countries and languages at scale
- Pioneer immersive learning experiences including 360° interactive content and scenario-based simulations, evaluating new technologies and making build/buy/partner recommendations
- Define and drive the team's generative AI strategy for content creation, identifying high-leverage opportunities across scripting, visual asset generation, translation, and quality review
- Create and establish visual design standards, developing component libraries and brand systems that ensure consistency across interactive and video content
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end: define scope and success metrics, influence prioritization with senior stakeholders, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver results across concurrent workstreams
- Architect content for global scale

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Bachelor's degree, or experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a similar field
- 5+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
- Portfolio of interactive eLearning samples demonstrating design range and quality (required at interview) Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 7+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
