Partnering with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve member concerns. Monitoring exam volumes, resource needs, and submitting business and capital cases.

Qualifications include:

At least 5 years of radiologic or sonography experience and 3 years in a supervisory role. Graduation from an accredited imaging program or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications such as Radiologic Technologist or Sonographer registration. Knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation processes, and healthcare systems. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and financial skills.
