Assembly Instruction Writer Schedule:
Monday through Friday, flexible, between standard business hours
LOCATION
This position will work out of the Swedesboro, NJ Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
Creates detailed written or video set-up instructions for in-house fulfillment, customer or retailer assembly: Prepares technical illustrations for use in set-up instructions for display orders. Shoots and edits photography and video for set-up instructions or other needs. Collaborates cross-functionally to solve packaging challenges and support graphic design projects, including sales and marketing materials. Services design requests in accordance with GNC service, quality, and efficiency standards by performing the following duties.
Expectation:
1. Minimum of three years experience in the field, along with a College degree BA/BS in Graphic Arts preferred. 2. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and basic video editing preferred. 3. Ability to understand structures in 3D, previous CAD experience and/or copywriting experience a plus. 4. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 5. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to follow verbal, written or diagrammatic instructions. 7. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. 8. Capable of dealing with deadline pressures.
