Job Description

Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Instructional Designer to work with our Learning & Development team to create and deliver learning programs that meet company objectives for our ERP system. This exciting opportunity is a full-time, limited-term position beginning approximately in October and concluding in December 2026. Since this is limited-term position, there are no benefits. This position is available at any of our Mead & Hunt offices and also remote for the candidate with the right aptitude and ability.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting course creation and its implementation Creating, revising, and deploying training-related documents and e-learnings Participating regularly in project and process teams Creating and deploying pre- and post-training assessments Collaborating with SMEs to create presentations and learning materials Identifying accuracy and appropriateness of courses and curriculum The successful candidate must have all the following: Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, psychology, education, human resources or related field from an accredited college or university At least 2 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree in communications, psychology, education, human resources or related field from an accredited college or university At least 4 years of relevant experience The ideal candidate will have any and/or all the following: Experience with E-learning and development or training Experience planning and delivering events/programs Experience with Camtasia and Articulate Rise Strong communication skills: written, verbal and active listening Strong collaboration with colleagues: ability to work with and through others Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and resolve issues independently Goal and solution focused, demonstrated both a bias for action and focus on results At Mead & Hunt we shape the future by putting people first. Salary Range:
$62,000 to $70,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
