Job Description

We're looking for an HR & Education Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is responsible for delivering hands-on training and education to our non-technical retail team members, supporting retail hiring efforts, playing a key role in our training programs and New Hire Orientation Week, and assisting with general HR coordinator responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a teaching or training background who wants to grow their career in HR. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-store education and training for non-technical team members in the retail space Develop and lead onboarding and ongoing training programs to support retail team performance Play an active role in planning and facilitating New Hire Orientation Week, helping ensure a smooth and engaging start for new team members Partner with the HR team on retail recruiting efforts, including sourcing and supporting the interview process Support core HR coordinator functions, including documentation, onboarding logistics, and general HR administrative support Serve as a resource for retail team members on training materials and best practices Track training completion and effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed Qualifications Background in teaching, training, or education strongly preferred HR background or coursework a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable working in a retail/in-store environment Willingness to travel to various locations as needed to support training and onboarding Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Retail or beauty industry experience a plus
