Duties Develop comprehensive course curricula aligned with higher education pedagogy and industry standards, incorporating instructional design best practices. Deliver engaging online instruction using learning management systems such as Blackboard or similar platforms, ensuring accessibility for all students. Facilitate hybrid teaching methods that combine face-to-face classroom experience with online learning components to maximize student engagement. Experience Proven experience in higher education teaching, preferably within a university setting, with a strong background in adult education principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and course delivery across online, hybrid, and classroom environments. Familiarity with learning management systems such as Blackboard or comparable platforms for online instruction management. Experience mentoring students from diverse cultural backgrounds and supporting their academic success. A record of scholarly research including publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals and participating in interdisciplinary research collaborations. Successful track record of securing research funding through grant writing or other funding opportunities. Strong understanding of higher education pedagogy instruction, classroom management techniques, and assessment strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty colleagues on curriculum planning, research projects, and program development. Prior university faculty experience is highly desirable to ensure effective engagement with academic community standards.
