Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball with coaching experience at least the high school level or playing level through college. It will be important that this person has the ability to engage/motivate/teach students their Pitching skills. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment for all participants. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging drills that cater to the diverse needs of students. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Maintain a safe and organized environment in the training facility. Manage student behavior effectively, fostering respect and teamwork among participants. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress as well as things to work on at home. Qualifications Experience in baseball coaching and/or playing experience through college is required. Strong knowledge of baseball and the fundamental mechanics of Pitching. Previous experience working with athletes in a facility or recreational setting is desirable. A passion for baseball and teaching that to students of all ages.
