Do you love working with students while maintaining high expectations and professionalism? Are you dependable, energetic, and ready to make a difference? FORXA Inc. is looking for exceptional Enrichment Instructors to join our growing team! Our instructors do more than teach—they create engaging classrooms, build positive relationships, and help students develop confidence, creativity, and life skills through enrichment programs.
Programs You'll Teach:
Instructors will teach our paired enrichment program: ManuArte & Dance Applicants seeking to teach only one program will not be considered.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Teach engaging, hands-on enrichment classes for elementary students. Maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment. Build strong relationships with students while maintaining clear expectations. Communicate professionally with school staff, administrators, and FORXA management. Adapt quickly to schedule or classroom changes. Accurately take student attendance and maintain class records. Report student behavior concerns and follow company procedures. Care for and maintain program materials and inventory. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to teach every day. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training when required. Represent FORXA professionally on every campus.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
College coursework or a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms and technology. Reliable and available throughout the school year. We expect consistent attendance during our busiest program periods. Physically active and able to move quickly throughout the school day. Positive, energetic, and able to motivate elementary-aged students. Confident in classroom management and comfortable holding students accountable. Understands that student success always comes before personal opinions or agendas. Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and willing to wear the FORXA uniform with pride. A self-starter with a strong work ethic who is always willing to go the extra mile. Dependable, punctual, and respectful of schedules and instructional time. Willing to commit to working through the school year.

Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have a minimum of 48 college credits? Are you interested in teaching Dance & ManuArte ( Multi-cultural art)? (MUST be open to teach both.)
