Position:

Swim Lessons Instructor FAST Swim School lessons instructors are responsible for teaching the FAST lessons curriculum to all students and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for our swimmers and their families. Applicants must be available to consistently work a minimum of 4 days per week. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct swimming lessons using FAST terminology; incorporate guidance as advised by the director and/or supervisors Clock in & out within 5 minutes of scheduled shift Be dressed in appropriate swimming attire and ready to teach prior to the start of each class Clean up and/or organize equipment and class areas after each class and/or shift Maintain a friendly & approachable demeanor with students and parents at all times; contribute to a welcoming environment Maintain a positive, "can do" attitude in all interactions with supervisors and other staff; be a team player In the event the students do not show for a lesson, instructors are expected to clean, assist other instructors, or clock out Shifts Available

MON/TUE/THU/FRI 2

30-6:45pm WED 2:00-6:45pm SAT 9:00am-1:00pm All applicants must attend a FAST Swim Instructor Training session. Training is unpaid. Applicants with Lifeguard Certification are preferred and will also have the opportunity to obtain additional shifts as lifeguards.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
