Position:

Part-Time Ballet/Tap Teacher We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced ballet/tap teacher to lead classes for young children ages 2.5-4.5 years old . Responsibilities Teach engaging, age-appropriate ballet and tap classes Follow and implement our established curriculum and lesson plans Create a fun, positive, and encouraging environment for young dancers Plan and choreograph simple, age-appropriate dances for performances and shows Attend recitals and performances to support students Communicate professionally with families and staff Be dependable and arrive prepared and on time each week Qualifications Experience teaching young children, preferably ages 2.5-4.5 Ballet and tap teaching experience Comfortable following an established curriculum while bringing your own energy and personality to the classroom Energetic, patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing personality Strong classroom management skills Creative and comfortable choreographing simple dances for young children Reliable and committed to the weekly Thursday schedule Must provide professional references Must successfully pass a background check If you love working with little dancers and can make dance class fun, engaging, and memorable while following an established curriculum, we'd love to hear from you!
