Our students vary in age from 3-85 - From Kids classes & Adult Newbies to Advanced/Competition students. We are seeking teachers in all areas. The ideal candidate will have a background in various dance styles, however we also will provide dance training for those that have a strong desire to learn and possess the ability to educate and inspire students of all ages. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment while promoting the physical and artistic development of each student. There will be at least 1 week of unpaid training class to see if we are a good fit for employment. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Teach various dance styles, ensuring proper technique and artistic expression. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence. Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages creativity, discipline, and teamwork among students. Collaborate with clients, parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Organize and participate in recitals, showcases, or other performance opportunities for students. Stay updated on current trends in dance education to enhance teaching methods. Requirement A passion for educating others and nurturing their love for dance.
