Job Description

Overview Aerial Dance Club is seeking an energetic and passionate Dance Instructor to inspire students of all ages and skill levels through the art of dance. Must have a strong background in dance and experience working with children, creating a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment for students and families. Our program serves dancers ages 2-17 and offers a variety of styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, acro, lyrical, and contemporary.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching dance classes for children of various ages and levels Strong background in one or more dance styles: jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, acro, lyrical, and/or contemporary Ability to lead a class with confidence, structure, and positivity Passion for working with children and helping them grow both technically and personally Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
Teach engaging, age-appropriate structured dance classes in assigned styles and levels (45-minute classes) Implement lesson plans that build technique, creativity, and confidence Maintain strong classroom management and a safe learning environment Provide a positive experience for both students and families Support studio events, performances, and overall program development Represent Aerial Dance Club in a professional and welcoming manner
Job Type:
Part Time Weekdays after school and Saturday mornings needed
